1. Processing and Fulfillment Time
All products at YESHUA Skin Cosmetics are manufactured and prepared to be shipped with care from our North American fulfillment center.
Processing Time: Orders typically take 6-10 business days to be processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Shipping Time: The delivery estimates listed below are for the transit time after the order has been processed and picked up by the carrier.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if processing is delayed, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates (Transit Time Only)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight/dimensions of your order.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Shipments to international destinations may be subject to customs charges. YESHUA Skin Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damage and Lost Items
Risk of Loss: As stated in our Terms and Conditions, all products purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost/Stolen Items: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier and your local post office immediately. YESHUA Skin Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. International shipments may be subject to additional delays due to customs procedures and local postal services.
