1. 30-Day Return Window (Unopened Items Only)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from YESHUA Skin Cosmetics. We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items, starting from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging, with all seals intact.

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Health & Safety)

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetics, and for the safety and hygiene of all our customers, the following items are exempt and cannot be returned:

• Gift cards.

• Any product that has been opened, used, or had its protective seal removed.

• Products damaged by the customer after receipt.

• Items purchased on Final Sale.

3. Return Process

• Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request after inspection, confirming the product's unused and unopened status.

• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days (usually 5–10 business days, depending on your bank).
