Cancellation Policy

• 48+ Hours Notice: We offer a full credit of your deposit toward a future booking (valid for 60 days).

• Less than 48 Hours Notice/No-Show: The 50% deposit is forfeited.

Cleanliness is Key

Your reserved time includes all setup and cleanup. Please ensure all disposable items (tissues, cotton, etc.) are properly thrown away and the vanity is wiped down. A small $50 cleaning fee may be applied if the room is left excessively messy.

Respecting the Spa Environment

To maintain the peaceful atmosphere for our spa guests, please keep noise, music, and conversation at a moderate level.

Total Guest Limit

Due to the room size, the total limit is 3 people: 1 MUA + 2 Clients. Please plan accordingly.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

To secure a booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full deposit credit toward a future booking (valid for 60 days). Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.

Is Parking Available?

Yes! We offer ample, easy-to-access parking in the lot directly adjacent to the building, making arrivals and departures stress-free for both you and your clients.

What Amenities are Included in the Rental?

Your rental includes a private, dedicated workspace with everything you need:

• Professional Setup: Dedicated makeup chair and vanity table.

• Lighting: Integrated facial light (ring light/magnifying lamp) for color-correct application.

• Seating: Comfortable client seating and use of the spa waiting area.

• Included Makeup Line: You are welcome to use our professional in-house makeup line during your session at no extra charge.

How do I Book a Room?

We operate by appointment only from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Please ensure your booking time falls within these hours.
